Day-light HB Series Fluorescent Pigment

Characteristics

As a special pigment, fluorescent pigment will reflect partial absorbed light into longer wavelength fluorescence, and it appears brighter and more vivid color with normal reflection.
No formaldehyde is used in HB series, thus no formaldehyde smell will be released during customer application and formaldehyde-free final product will be easily obtained by customer. SGS certificate has been approved to meet ASTM F963 and EN-71.
HB Series will be less plate out. It has longer production time and shorter cleaning time and so it makes cost saving.
HB Series are fit for low temperature production, save the energy and cost effectively.
HB Series are good heat stable, making operation easily.
HB Series can be applied in the pigmentation of various plastics with excellent performance in pigmentation, equality, brightness and vividness.

Application

Specially recommended in the applications of extrusions, injection moldings, fiber forming and blow moldings with the temperature of 160-210¡æ.
Suitable for PP, PE, PVC, PS in toys, safety appliances, packing materials, etc.
Mainly suitable for the pigmentation of no formaldehyde plastic materials and crayons.
Master batch of HB series will improve the dispersion, the pigmentation and heat resistance.
The product performance in different plastics should be confirmed by testing.

Carbon box with polyethylene and paper package inside. 25KG per box.
12 months shelf life in dry and cool conditions with the temperature below 30¡æ. Overdue product is required retesting before use.

Our products are proved harmless and nontoxic, but precautions should be taken to avoid inhalation of airborne particles. If applicable, mask and glasses are suggested for operators.
